By accessing or using ZmajRun at zmajrun.ba, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Game

ZmajRun is a free browser-based game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coins earned in ZmajRun are virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify the coin system at any time.

4. Leaderboard

The leaderboard displays scores submitted by players. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to be the result of cheating, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Advertising

ZmajRun displays advertisements from third-party networks. By using the game you consent to the display of these advertisements. Ad rewards (coins, revives) are provided as a courtesy and may be changed or removed at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All game assets, code, graphics, and design are the property of ZmajRun. The player characters are fictional representations inspired by public figures in Bosnian football and are used for entertainment purposes only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized scripts or tools to manipulate the game.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the game for any illegal purpose.
• Impersonate another user or person.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZmajRun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be available at all times or free from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZmajRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
